I really enjoyed Amy's session, "Panic to Purpose: Responding to Changes in Your Career," at the 2019 CPCU Annual Meeting. Amy is an animated speaker who brings a difficult subject down to earth. I loved her easy-to-remember takeaways including, "You can only control what's in your own hula hoop."

Amy presented "Moving from Panic to Purpose" for our chapter meeting. She was very knowledgeable and easy to listen to. She was able to answer all questions and was very professional. Her slides were easy to read, and she gave great examples. She did a fantastic job!

Amy did a fantastic job! Would definitely hire her again!
Thank you Amy! I really enjoyed your lecture. I already put some things I learned from you into practice such as making a “worry” notebook and designating time for the “worry” tasks. So far I think it is helping me manage my worry!

Amy is one of the most impactful presenters I have had the pleasure of listening to in the career advice and diversity space! Her care, compassion and wisdom won us over at the 2019 CPCU Society Annual Meeting this week! Highly recommended, and looking forward to having her come down to enlighten the Dallas Chapter CPCU Society very soon! I strongly advise that you book her for your event, or organization’s training for change management and more! You will thank me later!

My association with Amy Waninger has grown from a virtual "cold call" a year ago to a strong and multi-faceted partnership. Today, among her other responsibilities, Amy is a faculty member of NextGen Leaders, an organization I founded that provides leadership development support to LGBTQ professionals. Amy is among the very best of the new generation of expert-consultants in the Diversity & Inclusion and Leadership Development spaces.

Her expertise, her decades' long experience in a Fortune 500 company and her personal commitment to equality and inclusion are a potent combination. Together they create an excellent platform for Amy to exercise her considerable creative talents, whether in front of an audience, coaching an individual, consulting for a management team or writing her next book. That sounds like a lot, and I don't know many people who can effectively pull all of that together in a sustained way.

But Amy is one of the most productive people I have had the pleasure of working with. She believes deeply in what she does, has the wisdom and empathy necessary to meet people where they are and the humility to be approachable and make everyone feel at ease, even as she's helping them dispense with outdated thinking and misperceptions that, while sometimes deeply held, do neither them or anyone else any good.

Amy shared her knowledge and experience as a speaker at the CPCU Society's 2019 Annual Meeting. Her presentation entitled “From Panic to Purpose: Responding to Changes in Your Career” was very well received. Amy used her personal experience to motivate participants and engaged the audience in an extensive Q&A. Some of the feedback we received from attendees included: “Wonderful speaker. Great topic. Useful tools and perspective.” “Great session” “Good session with very thoughtful responses during the closing Q&A” We appreciate the time and expertise that Amy brings to our association and recommend her as a speaker.
