Network Beyond Bias builds ALL relationships up

On a personal level, the most challenging passages for me were on the LGBT community and specifically learning about the trans community. As the proud father of a trans daughter, our family has spent time learning about how to be an ally for the LGBT community. However, I learned a lot that I did not know from Network Beyond Bias that will allow me to be not only a stronger ally for my daughter, but also for the LGBT employees that report to me as a manager and that I collaborate with on a daily basis - irrespective of whether I know their sexual orientation or not.
